0.1Agreement

Please read these Terms, Legalities & Conditions carefully before applying for or participating in the NAPPUCCI Club Membership program or entering any CATNAP competitions. By joining the NAPPUCCI Club, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Promoter: These programs are operated by NAPPUCCINO Grp Ltd, trading as NAPPUCCI Clothing/Apparel, NAPPUCCINO Ltd and/or NAPPUCCINO Coffee.

1.1Purpose

The NAPPUCCI Club is a loyalty and rewards scheme that allows members to earn points on qualifying purchases and access exclusive offers, competitions and member benefits. To join, you must download the NAPPUCCI App and complete the registration process.

1.2Eligibility & Registration

• All applicants must provide accurate personal information, including full name, date of birth and residential address. You may be required to verify this information with government-issued identification.
• You are responsible for keeping your details accurate and up to date within the NAPPUCCI App.
• NAPPUCCINO Grp Ltd reserves the right to approve or decline any membership application at its reasonable discretion.
• Limit of one membership per person. Each account must be linked to a unique email address and will be associated with a unique membership barcode. Barcodes must not be shared, duplicated or copied.
• By signing up, you may receive occasional promotional offers. These offers are subject to change at NAPPUCCINO Ltd’s discretion.
• You may opt out of the NAPPUCCI Club at any time via the settings in the NAPPUCCI App. Please note: opting out means any accumulated, unused points will be forfeited immediately.

1.3Point Earning

• You earn 1 NAP point for every £10.00 spent on qualifying NAPPUCCI products through our official website: nappuccinocoffee.com.
• Points are calculated precisely based on the transaction amount (e.g., a £12.59 purchase earns 1.259 NAP points).
• Points are not earned on purchases made through third-party retailers, stockists, partners or gift card transactions.

1.4Point Redemption

• Points may be redeemed once you have accumulated 10 NAP points or more.
• Points can be used to access: exclusive competitions, CATNAP game entries, limited-edition merchandise and member-only offers.
• NAP points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, or used as part-payment unless explicitly stated.
• Points cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotions unless specified in writing by NAPPUCCINO Ltd.
• Points not used for 18 consecutive months will expire and your membership may be deactivated.

1.5Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership and forfeit all accumulated points where we reasonably believe:

• Your personal details are false, misleading or outdated
• You are attempting to gain an unfair advantage
• You are sharing or duplicating your membership barcode
• You have acted fraudulently, deceptively or unethically
• You breach any of these Terms

We may also modify, suspend or withdraw any benefits, offers or aspects of the scheme at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

2.1Overview

CATNAP is our official puzzle competition — a timed knockout game where players locate hidden sleeping characters without disturbing hidden angry characters. Fastest completion times advance through rounds towards the final.

Core Rules of Engagement:

• Exactly one sleeping character per coloured block
• Exactly one sleeping character per row and per column
• No two sleeping characters may be adjacent — horizontally, vertically, or diagonally
• Each puzzle has one logical solution
• You may mark squares (one tap) or reveal characters (two taps)
• You are permitted up to 3 mistakes per level before the level restarts and your timer continues running

2.2Eligibility

• You must be an active NAPPUCCI Club Member with a minimum balance of 10 NAP points to register.
• Competitions are advertised via our website with clearly stated registration deadlines.
• Age requirements: Participants under 18 years of age may only participate with the explicit written consent of a parent or legal guardian. Prizes for under-18 winners will be released to the consenting adult. Where age restrictions apply, this will be clearly stated in the competition listing.
• One entry per eligible member per competition.

2.3Competition Format

• Players compete individually. Those with the fastest completion times advance to subsequent rounds — quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals.
• In the event of a tied time, a deciding round will be played. Competition overseers’ decisions are final.
• The competition may begin online, with later stages or finals held at designated physical venues. Venue details will be communicated in advance.
• Availability is limited and registration operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.4Prizes

• One overall winner will be crowned per competition and receive the advertised main prize.
• Runners-up (typically finalists) will receive consolation prizes as advertised.
• Prize details and values will be clearly published alongside each competition announcement.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits except at our absolute discretion.
• Winners will be announced at the conclusion of each tournament and notified via the contact details registered to their membership account.
• To claim a prize, winners must provide verification of identity and contact information. Large prize payments will be arranged directly through our team — details will be communicated at the appropriate time.
• If a winner is found not to meet eligibility requirements or has breached these terms, their prize will be void and may be awarded to an alternative participant.

2.5Participation Rules

• You must be available and ready to play at the scheduled time. If you are unavailable when called, you may be disqualified from that round. Your NAP points will not be refunded, but you remain eligible for future competitions.
• Behaviours including abuse, harassment, cheating or attempts to manipulate results will result in immediate disqualification and possible membership suspension.
• Follow all instructions from NAPPUCCINO team members during events. We reserve the right to refuse participation or disqualify anyone acting unsafely or in breach of these terms.
• We aim to accommodate participants with accessibility needs. Please advise us in advance where adjustments are required.

2.6Changes & Cancellation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel any competition at any time due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to technical failures, venue issues, or external events affecting feasibility. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants where possible.

3.1Acceptance

Participation in the NAPPUCCI Club or any CATNAP competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, Legalities & Conditions.

3.2Governing Law

These Terms, Legalities & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
